This frame work action plan has been developed through a process of self assessment, with a focus on SPTB core objectives. This self-assessment considered SPTB practices, the effectiveness of strategies employed and the challenges that lie ahead. The process was highly participatory and transparent to ensure that all stakeholders collectively owned the resultant strategic plan. SPTB strategic framework, now in its second printing, combines an understanding of our past with a vision for our future. It represents a flexible framework of opportunity which our member unions can use to help them in addressing the issues and social challenges in their own societies.
